Usability of health web sites was the most frequently reported difficulty, with one-in-six (16.3%) users reporting that they have encountering some difficulties while navigating through eHealth websites. Usability difficulties were closely followed by difficulties in finding a site with the information needed (14.8%) while the difficulties in finding a site in a language in which one is fluent (7.8%) were reported least often. At the country level, usability problems were most frequently reported in Ireland, findability problems in Poland and language problems in Poland and the Czech Republic.
