In terms of gender, Chart 26 shows a clear gender bias towards male use of eGovernment services compared to female use, which reflects much other Information Society data. The smallest gender gaps appear in France, the UK, Poland and Hungary, whilst the greatest are in Italy, Germany and the Czech Republic.
